Privacy Policy

This policy explains what AI Holdings Publisher (“the service”), operated by AI Holdings, does with information it receives. The service is an internal tool used only by our team to publish videos to channels we own.

YouTube API Services

The service uses YouTube API Services. By connecting a YouTube channel to the service, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google’s handling of your information is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

Information we access

• When a team member connects one of our YouTube channels with Google sign-in: the channel’s ID and title, and an authorization token that lets the service upload videos to that channel.
• For videos the service uploaded: their video IDs, privacy status, and view, like and comment counts.
• For our own Instagram business accounts (through Meta’s APIs): our posts, their insights and comments, used in the same way.

How we use it

Only to upload the videos we produced to the connected channel at the scheduled time, to show our team the upload status and view counts, and to alert our team when an upload fails. We do not use it for advertising or profiling, and we do not collect information about viewers.

Storage and retention

• Authorization tokens are stored as encrypted secrets in our Cloudflare account and are never shown in any screen.
• Video IDs and upload status are stored in our database.
• View, like and comment counts are refreshed daily and deleted after 30 days.

Sharing

We do not sell or share this information. Our infrastructure provider (Cloudflare) processes it only to run the service.

Cookies

These public pages use no cookies. The service does not store or read cookies or similar technologies on your device to access YouTube API data. Our internal dashboard uses a login session cookie only to keep team members signed in.

Revoking access and deleting data

You can revoke the service’s access to a YouTube channel at any time in your Google Account’s security settings. When access is revoked or a channel is disconnected, we delete its stored token. To have stored video IDs and statistics deleted, contact mktbiseo@gmail.com; we delete them within 7 days.
